Calling Marcus's office is an absolute JOKE

What a nightmare!. 12 months since we purchased our $155,000 Riverstone 5thWheel and still waiting for warranty repairs to be completed. And calling Marcus's office is an absolute JOKE. Marucs is an IDIOT and his employees working for him aren't any better!.

We were warned and didn't heed the advice. Shame on us. Have spent a total of 8 - 10 weeks in campgrounds this year so far and have yet to find a single customer of Camping World that is satisfied with their purchase. We're getting great satisfaction in sharing our story with every camper we cross paths with about the issues we've experienced.
