Here I am making payments on something I don't even have possession of

We purchased a used RV in early August 2021. Here it is May 2022 and they still have it. Lied to us about things working that were not. It must have been a trade-in and they put it on the sale line without even emptying or cleaning out the black tank. We got to take it home briefly in Sept 2021 which is when we found out the tank was still full. Service never calls us to give us updates, we have to call them. Have given us bogus excuses which we have caught them in. Here I am making payments on something I don't even have possession of much less enjoy with my family.
