My wife and I bought a new Keystone Outback 2weeks ago . We had it delivered to our camping spot , and right away the furnace did work . We called Camping World of Concord the next day and complained . We CC got a call back and Meisha said we would have to pay a $ 381 service call , I obviously objected, and I got another call that said they would cover it . No one came . Since then we have had an electrical nightmare . More and more appliances and electrical outlets have stopped working . We got on the phone with a technician and did everything he told us , to no avail .The technician said that we C need a technician to take care of it . We called back Camping World of Concord and told them what he said , and they said we’d have to pay $381 to send a technician out . I am disabled and have been sleeping in a cold camper for 2 weeks now
