I was assigned a case number and a case manager, who I still have not heard from

I recently traded in my class c motorhome to downgrade to a travel trailer. The net was that they owed me money. It has been weeks and still no check. I have been given the run around and excuses why the check is not coming. I dealt with the Deforest Wisconsin location. The finance people named Matt and Jeremy, just lied to my face. I reached out to the contact the CEO if you have a complaint, I was assigned a case number and a case manager, who I still have not hear from. To top it off, they gave me 56k for my navion and I see it is listed for 84k on their website. They are horrible. Do not buy from these people. I may have to take them to court to get my money they owe me.
