Immediately list and RESELL my RV before I ever got paid!!!

I sold my fifth wheel to CW, no liens, transferred title and signed POA to them. Their ad promises check in 24 hrs of sale docs being complete. They told me it would take at least 10 days to issue check to "clear with DMV" but immediately list and RESELL my RV before i ever got paid!!!. Please contact me if you experienced something similar with selling your RV to them.
