Is this normal business practice?

We purchased a used 40 ft class A motor home from CAMPING WORLD. When we gave earnest money it had a satellite TV system. The carpet needed cleaning, the bedroom closet doors were derailed and latches needed repair. The crankup TV antennae was not in a compartment broken, all of these problems were to be corrected....nothing was done in the 2+weeks before pickup...why?


The staff when asked about missing satellite components said the staff checked everything that's why wires were just sticking out and box was missing. Since arrival at home I find a switch disassembled in compartment concerning satellites. Is this normal business practice? We spent over 100k why has this happened?
