It has been since July 2022, out 10,000 dollars and still no RV

I was recently informed from finance company that my rv that camping world of Alvarado tx took possession of due to numerous problems after purchase that it was in fact a buy Back after telling me it wasn’t eligible. I have payment information from finance company and Camping world has not returned my calls or text messages regarding returning of my downpayment and or putting me into another unit. It has been since july2022 and am out 10,000 dollars and still no rv what a bunch of bullshit and crooks
