Lies, Lies, Lies. They take your money and run, they are uncaring. Don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction, even in out of his office. They're just like Biden and want to blame everything on someone else.


Yes it's Forest Rivers fault for there being flaws but it's Camping World that it's taken 5 months to fix minor issues and still have it. I've only had this unit for 9 months. In the 9 months that I have owned it there has been at least 4 employees in the Service department that have quit. That doesn't indicate anything good. I get nothing but lies from the local store which is in Bossier City, La. They won't call you with status or updates.


The main office will not respond back to e-mails or phone calls. Marcus Lemonis (should be Lemon) states " if your not happy I'm not happy" well that's another lie. He has other people doing his dirty work for him. His web page tell you to contact him for help. I have missed 5 soon to be 6 months of enjoyment time because of them and it just keeps on growing.


All I know to do is to keep spreading the word.
