CAMPING WORLD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE A JOKE!!!! Personally talk to the Columbia GM on Monday 2 NOV 2020, he was going to call me back on damage cause by there dealership. NEVER Called back, tried calling twice one his tied up he’ll call you back- that was 16 NOV 2020 No call back, now it Wed the 18 Called when they opened, operated could hear me to take down reason for call other that my number because the GM was on a personal call and would have to call me back (AGAIN).
We’ll see.NEVER GET anything from the call Marcus it your not happy staff. Last message from them was 29 OCT 2020, I sent email on 10 Nov, again Last Monday and yesterday, No response. We sending it as they don’t answer my questions nor do they look into issue——they call the dealership...they are going to lie.
My 2800 mile RV that’s always been Garage paint is almost gone on the to[ of cab (caused by sitting on their lot outside) If we’d know how long it was going to be we’d never would have taken it up there, but the keep feeding us lie after lie, different changing stories, next week, part ordered, not right part, blah blah blah.
