My wife and I decided to cancel the extended warranty

My wife and I decided to cancel the extended warranty after getting home and looking it over 11,770 one part of the warranty was paint protection 4,000 we wanted to cancel the warranty and was told that they weren't going to reimburse the paint protection because it had already been done by a place called metro tech it was supposedly applied from the time we finished the paperwork and walked out the door. Any suggestions?
