No one will return my calls or give me an answer

We bought a new camper from Camping World of St. Augustine. Eventually we noticed several things were wrong with the trailer, the biggest being the windows leaked, A LOT. We took it back for repairs over 3 months ago. We were first told none of the numerous warranties we had covered anything so we agreed to pay because it's the windows. Then we were told it was ready for pickup but when we showed up the windows had not been repaired in the manner they had charged us for. I am still waiting to have them fixed or get my money back but of course no one will return my calls or give me an answer.
