Customer service liars one after the other. "Oh, Im new on the job, oh i just took over this position, oh your right, this write up is wrong, oh i will fix it, and call you back tomorrow." 4 months.
NOW its our fault, now we have to pay for warranty work. over 20 calls from lying customer service people who have nothing to really gain but to keep the pathetic jobs. How do we punish Assurance? The POS insurance company? Anyone have a clue how to deal with them?
