Ordered two pet pro flex 500 handicap scooters received only one but charged for two repeated e mails to customer service just got excuses they blame everything on Covid-19 which is a lie because other companies for this product along with the manufacture give a delivery date when you order. Have demanded a refund, silence from customer service.
