My family purchased a travel trailer in the month of January 2020 and from day one there were issues with it. Even found some of them on the way home. The unit stayed in the dealers shop for almost 3 months.
That wasn't the end of the story or nightmare as I call it. Once we got the unit back, we went on vacation during July and the A/C didn't work properly. Once again in September we had the same issue with the a/c but we knew if we had carried it to them the repairs wouldn't have been done in time and we had already paid for our camping spot. Anyway, with that trip issues still were happening with it. We carried it back to the shop in September after our trip and it stayed, there.
I did a lot of research while all of this was going on and am so thankful that I found Gigi Stetler. I reached out to her several months ago and explained all the issues we were having and she stepped right in and assisted me in how to handle the situation and lead me to what I needed to do and how to do it.
I am so thankful to the Lord for her. Now our problem has ended and we got our down payment back and all of the payments we had made to the bank plus even a little surprise a refund from the extended warranty is coming too.
