They couldn't find my appointment

I set up an appointment to have the oil changed on my motorhome. I arrived on the set date and time (from 75 miles away) and was told they couldn't find my appointment even though I pointed out the clerk that jotted down my info in the appointment book.

Three hours later they changed my oil. For $99. Then I went to the propane station and was told someone would be right out. An hour later, after three reminders to them, I had my propane. Great way to waste an entire day.
