They forgot to lock my motorhome and a homeless person lived inside for who knows how long

My Jayco 35s Precept motorhome was held at Camping World for over 5 months. Started with a simple electrical switch replacement. The mechanic went to an auto parts store instead of replacing the switch with the correct switch from Jayco. Of course the auto parts switch failed.

Returned to Camping World again, while they agreed the mechanic put in the wrong switch, they forgot to lock my motorhome and a homeless person lived inside for who knows how long. The homeless person spilled wine all over my bed and floor and pissed and crapped inside my motorhome. Also, during that same time my catalytic converter was cut off and taken. 4 more months go by and they finally tell me my motorhome is ready.

You wouldn’t believe it but when I go to pick it up they never cleaned the inside. They also made me claim the theft and damage to my insurance company. It’s been a complete nightmare and is still going on.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of Marcus ?
