They offered then retracted a buyback

After the delivery of my used RV I found water damage from a leak that had not been revealed. They claim to sell only quality used units. Looks like this one slipped through the process they claim to make. A video, photos were not accessible to me until after the deal closed. High-cost damages were not on the imagery they sent anyway. They offered then retracted a buyback that would have cost me, plus sign a document that I did not understand.
