Purchased a 2022 New Jayco, less than 30 days ago from Hampton Roads. Air conditioner would not cool never worked. Massive issues to fix the problem including sending us 2 hours away to take pictures and do nothing. Same as everyone I’m reading about, it’s like a cult there.
Called to talk to a sales manager….was flat out told my expectations were to high and that I should have my husband contact them in addition to absolute rudeness and demanding tone. Unbelievable this is happening in 2022. Thinking serious about getting legal advise.
