I have emailed corporate, threatened calling my lawyer and they still won't reply

We purchased a 2021 hideout from camping world cedar falls iowa in September 2021, the first time out the radio quit , the trim moulding fell off, and refrigerator went out.... they refused to respond to calls or emails so we had to replace stuff ourselves, then the speakers quit working...

Fast forward to mid October we finally got a call back after blowing up their email and phone they offered us a free winterization for our troubles.... ya right, we contacted corporate office/headquarters and they said we could trade in for a 2018 mallard, let me tell ya , this time around is worse.... we picked it up on oct 30th at camping world Davenport iowa, we had 2 days before it was scheduled for winter storage, anyway got it home and noticed all the seals were shot on the slides it has rotted floors and although the said they would take care of everything in an email to us now they refuse to respond to calls or emails.
