STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

We had bought a camper at camping world in Jordan MN we signed a purchase agreement and the next week we went to pay for it and they had run into it big dent in front of camper ,they said they would get the parts ordered and have it ready in a week ,so we went thru financing the numbers did not match up to what we were buying vin # and price 2hrs later we thought it was straightened out price was right got the plates month and a half later wrong camper on the registration called them up they said they would look into it heard nothing title came same thing wrong called them up they were going to fix it heard nothing going back to the dent waited a couple of weeks called up wanted to talk to the manager they said he would call

heard nothing went for another couple of weeks calling and never got a call back finally a little over a month it was ready they delivered it the camper was dirtier then hell inside they would mot stay unt I got it hooked up in our seasonal spot in case there was a problem so now we have a couple of warranty issues I called them there service writer told me that was just the quantity of the puma brand and there was nothing they could do I asked why they did not tell us that before we bough she said you would have not bought the camper WOW!!! So now it is almost the end of aug this all started may 1st and can not get any help called the Marcus hotline they sent me to someone else she said the general manager was going to call me 3-4times nothing yet so we filled a claim with the state of Mn so will see what happens now STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE TERRIBLE
