The dent in the door was acceptable damage???

We picked up RV and immediately started to make a punch list of things that needed to be repaired. Sent in the refrigerator door which after contacting the “ of your not happy we are not happy” bovine scitology line and was told that the dent in the door was acceptable damage along with the roof which had more wrinkles than a dirty blanket.

Poor craftsmanship on the cabinet doors, wires not connected, a/c freezes up holes in the floor where water lines ran to the bottom of the RV, and on and on. Side window on the kitchen slide also popped with no explanation.

This is in the first month of ownership. And the adventure continues.
