They claim to NOT have anyone to take my call

I am a 100% disabled retired military veteran. I purchased our 1st RV (2020 Winnebago Porto 24P) in January 2021 at Camping World RV (New Braunfels TX). I have called them on several occasions to address service and warranty issues and they claim to NOT have anyone to take my call but we have someone call me. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back. I called again today and got the same reply. I will now drive 75 miles to this location to speak with someone.
