Wanting to charge me for sealing the window that should have been sealed properly from the beginning

I bought my 2021 Forest River Salem in August 2020. A year and one month I took camper to Camping World due to a leak that I accident found pulling totes out from under the couch. Evidently the window was never sealed properly and it messed up the wall some as well. I was told that at camping world by Lynn.

Not to mention all the other things wrong. Staples sticking up through roof. Sound bar doesn’t work properly. One of the corners on the outside at roof is so poorly put together they caulked it to death to cover that up. The extended warranty would not cover anything. I have never been so disappointed in my life with something. To make matters worse they are wanting to charge me for sealing the window that should have been sealed properly from the beginning. I need to know what action I can take mind you I work in Heath care and have only been able to use this camper twice due to long work hours.
